Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Daily Living Support: Assist clients with essential daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Provide dignified support with mobility, transfers, and feeding, always ensuring comfort and safety. This may also include light meal preparation tailored to client needs.
• Companionship and Emotional Well-being: Offer genuine companionship, engage clients in meaningful conversations, and participate in enjoyable activities. Your presence will provide crucial emotional support, fostering a positive and uplifting atmosphere that enriches their quality of life.
• Health Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain vigilant observation of clients’ physical and emotional states. Meticulously monitor and accurately report any significant changes in clients’ health, behavior, mood, or physical condition to ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
• Adherence to Care Plans & Environmental Safety: Strictly follow individualized care plans developed for each client, ensuring all support is consistent and effective. Proactively maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment, identifying and mitigating potential hazards to prevent accidents.
• Respectful Communication & Family Engagement: Foster open, honest, and empathetic communication with clients and their families. Serve as a respectful and trustworthy point of contact, providing updates and listening to concerns, ensuring a collaborative and supportive care network.
