Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care Assistance: Provide essential daily support to clients, including dignified assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Meal Management: Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met, and provide feeding assistance as required, always prioritizing client preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Companionship & Emotional Support: Engage clients in meaningful conversation, activities, and offer genuine emotional support to foster a sense of well-being, reduce loneliness, and enhance their quality of life.
  • Health Monitoring & Reporting: Observe and accurately monitor changes in clients’ physical health, mental state, or behavior, promptly reporting any concerns or significant observations to supervisors to ensure timely intervention.
  • Adherence to Care Plans: Meticulously follow individualized care plans developed for each client, ensuring all tasks are completed as prescribed and safety protocols are strictly observed.
  • Environmental Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients, assisting with light housekeeping tasks to ensure comfort and prevent hazards.
