Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance with Daily Living Activities: Provide hands-on support for essential daily tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist clients with meal planning, preparation, and feeding, ensuring they receive nutritious and appetizing meals.
• Companionship and Emotional Support: Engage clients in meaningful conversation, activities, and provide genuine emotional support to enhance their quality of life and combat loneliness.
• Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a tidy and organized living space, including tasks such as tidying common areas, laundry, and dishwashing.
• Medication Reminders: Prompt clients to take their prescribed medications on schedule, ensuring adherence to their care plan. (Please note: Caregivers do not administer medication, only remind).
• Safety and Environment Management: Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment for clients, identifying and reporting any potential hazards.
• Care Plan Adherence and Communication: Diligently follow individualized care plans and maintain open, effective communication with clients, their family members, and the care team regarding client well-being and any changes observed.
