Entry Level Business Trainee | Brandlete
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Brandlete, located in-person. Brandlete specializes in building and operating business-to-business customer acquisition teams designed for companies aiming to scale their operations. This entry-level position is specifically structured for graduates, offering a comprehensive development system that builds practical capabilities and skill sets. The role is vital as it directly contributes to developing high-performing operators who have the potential to move into leadership based on measurable performance, thereby supporting Brandlete’s client in the telecoms industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Representation: Act as a direct representative for a well-known client within the telecoms industry, introducing their range of communication services to potential business customers.
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly with business customers to effectively present and introduce various mobile plans, high-speed internet solutions, and bundled communication packages.
• Sales Process Application: Learn, practice, and apply a repeatable sales process within real customer environments, focusing on consistent execution to acquire new business-to-business clients.
• Skill Development: Participate in a structured training environment to build practical capabilities, including B2B sales techniques, business development strategies, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Performance Execution: Consistently apply learned techniques through daily execution, actively seeking and applying ongoing coaching and performance feedback to build and maintain high-level results.

• Background: Recent graduate or early-career candidate. Graduates from all degree backgrounds are explicitly encouraged to apply for this entry-level role.
• Experience: A demonstrated interest in sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles is preferred. No specific prior years of experience are required, as this is an entry-level position.
• Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for direct customer engagement; demonstrate a self-motivated and results-driven mindset; exhibit the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team; and show a clear willingness to learn and effectively apply feedback.
