Business Analyst | ATC

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to collect, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree; Early Career.
• Experience: None required; suitable for recent Master’s graduates without prior technical experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools; familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks; U.S. work authorization.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
