• Business Need Translation: Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business Case Support: Contribute to the development and refinement of business cases by providing analytical support and insights.
• Data Requirement Management: Implement strategies for the comprehensive gathering, review, and insightful analysis of data requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. This is an early career role focused on business analysis and requirements management.
• Experience: 0-1 year of professional experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities; enthusiasm for working in a rapidly evolving atmosphere; strong desire for continuous learning and professional development; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
