What You’ll Actually Do
• Gather: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Document: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Translate: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree. This role is open to recent Master’s graduates without prior technical experience, focusing on foundational business analysis principles. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required. Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools; familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI. Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
