What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Support management comprehensively in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the department functions effectively.
• Team Leadership & Development: Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training new employees, while actively fostering a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
• Customer Experience Management: Deliver exceptional customer service consistently and proactively assist in resolving all inquiries or issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Process Adherence & Improvement: Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed, participate in team meetings, and recommend improvements for workflow efficiency.
• Administrative & Cross-functional Support: Maintain organized records, reports, and inventory documentation, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to support broader business initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework or a degree is preferred.
• Experience: No specific years are explicitly required. However, prior experience in leadership roles, retail environments, or customer service is considered a distinct advantage.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to motivate, guide, and work effectively within a team. Excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn, coupled with adaptability to changing priorities and initiative-taking capabilities, are highly valued for thriving in an active work setting.
