What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist with daily accounting tasks: Provide support for essential daily accounting tasks, including accurate data entry, meticulous reconciliations, and efficient invoice processing to maintain financial records.
• Support financial reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and actively assist with month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Analyze financial data: Examine financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights, and prepare basic reports to aid in decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting: Support the development and monitoring of budgets and contribute to forecasting tasks, helping to plan future financial performance.
• Perform research and support projects: Conduct necessary research to gather information for financial analysis and provide support for various ad hoc financial projects as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field, or currently an upcoming graduate. This role is tailored for early career professionals ready to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting.
• Experience: Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze data effectively. Demonstrated understanding of basic financial modeling concepts is also required.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to dissect complex financial information. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration, alongside strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
