This position is crucial for supporting project accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to the accounting function while working closely with leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Accounting: Track project costs, budgets, and expenditures to support project accounting activities.
• Financial Closing: Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing necessary entries and reconciliations.
• Record Management: Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Accuracy Assurance: Review invoices, expense reports, and payment documentation for precision and compliance.
• Interdepartmental Support: Collaborate with project managers and internal departments to resolve accounting-related questions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, suitable for an entry-level professional.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; internship experience in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
