Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation: Actively listen to and identify client needs and challenges, then skillfully present tailored solutions and services that effectively meet their specific goals and objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Seamlessly coordinate and collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., support, operations, product development) to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Communication & Partnership Development: Maintain robust and consistent communication channels with clients, fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration to cultivate enduring partnerships.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Consistently work towards and achieve sales targets, directly contributing to the overall business growth and success of the organization.
