About the Company:

Equity Hammer is the holding company for Entrepreneur’s Apprentice, based in Utah. They provide remote consulting and matchmaking services to entrepreneurs, connecting experienced entrepreneurs with driven apprentices to help scale businesses and foster the growth of young talent. Their mission is to “clone” busy entrepreneurs by providing them with extra hands and expanding their bandwidth, while simultaneously offering invaluable experience to aspiring entrepreneurs.

Job Description:

This is a remote contract role for an Entrepreneur’s Sales Apprentice at Equity Hammer. You will be working directly with successful entrepreneur Will Christensen, learning the ins and outs of building a business from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to be guided on a weekly basis in the practical aspects of entrepreneurship, with potential opportunities for equity in some ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Actively participate in day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and sales strategy implementation. Be prepared for heavy sales involvement for the first 3-6 months, focusing on building leads and driving sales from scratch with guidance.
Learning and Development: Absorb and apply knowledge about sales strategies, marketing techniques, and overall business development principles.
Campaign Support: Assist in sales campaigns to support the growth of startup clients.
Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for Entrepreneurship and Business.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or entrepreneurial related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to Learn Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills.

Time Commitment: 15-25 Hours Per Week Minimum
