Job Description
Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is seeking an Entertainment Intern to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to work side-by-side with industry leaders in the field of entertainment. The ideal candidate will be a current university student majoring in a related field, such as Arts design, Theatre Entertainment Management, Theatre and Entertainment Arts, Event Management, or Audio, Video and Lighting engineering.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for daily, seasonal, and ad-hoc Entertainment offerings
• Liaise with production and creative teams of the entertainment events in terms of the technical scope of work, manpower allocation, and resource planning
• Support the development of required documents, such as Operational Guides, Maintenance Manuals, maintenance plans, etc.
• Assist in creating a technical schedule and submit a technical progress report
• Assist in the setup of audio, video, and lighting systems
• Monitor meetings and other communications with stakeholders
Requirements
• Current university degree or associate degree students major in Arts design, Theatre Entertainment Management, Theatre and Entertainment Arts, Event Management, Audio, Video and Lighting engineering or any other related disciplines
• Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney
• Good command of English
• Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR
• Available to commit full-time internship from July to September 2024 for at least 10 weeks
• Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage
