Entertainment Associate

Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:

• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
• Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Entertainment associates play a crucial role on the salesfloor, focusing on customer interaction and product expertise within the entertainment department. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and offering assistance on the salesfloor.
• Leveraging tech-savvy knowledge to recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs.
• Moving incoming merchandise efficiently from receiving to the salesfloor.
• Ensuring entertainment displays are maintained, organized, and appealing throughout the day.
