The Tone:
This is a paid internship at Enterprise, located in the Pompano Beach area, including Ft. Lauderdale Beach and Downtown Ft. Lauderdale. • Mission: This internship aims to equip university/college students with practical business and management skills by involving them in all aspects of running a successful vehicle rental operation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Fleet Management: Manage a fleet of vehicles to ensure operational readiness and availability for customer needs.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, building positive relationships and addressing their inquiries.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain the customer base.
• Relationship Building: Build strong professional relationships with customers and coworkers to foster a collaborative and effective team environment.
• Intern Projects: Complete specific intern projects and participate in friendly competitions with peers, applying learned skills in practical scenarios.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Experience: Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership roles.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years; Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship; Ability to work 10-12 weeks full-time during the Summer, starting mid-May.
