Enterprise Management Internship – T.F. Green International Airport

- Position Type: Full-time, Paid Internship
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Starting Rate: $19.00/hour
- Duration: 10-12 weeks, with availability to start late May to early June 2026

Responsibilities
As a Management Intern, every day promises new and exciting opportunities. You will be fully integrated into our operations, just like our Management Trainees, developing essential skills across various business functions:
- Fleet Management: Learn how to manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Customer Service: Directly interact with and take care of customers, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with both customers and coworkers.
- Project Work & Competition: Utilize your learned skills to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers.

Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program at a 4-year college or university, with an anticipated graduation date between August 2026 and August 2027.
- Must have experience in any of the following areas:
- Customer service
- Sales
- Leadership
- Athletics at a collegiate level or above
- Must possess a valid unrestricted driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol related incident on your record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Enterprise now or in the future for this position.
- Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour.
- Must be able to work 40 hours/week for a full 10-12 weeks with the availability to start late May to early June 2026.
