The Tone:
This is an Enterprise Management Internship at Enterprise, located in Crossville and Cookeville, TN. This internship offers university/college students the opportunity to gain valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn the fundamentals of running a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience that will help participants stand out in their future careers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Fleet Management: Manage a diverse fleet of vehicles to ensure operational readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relations: Provide exceptional service and care to customers, building strong relationships.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with both customers and coworkers in a team-based environment.
• Project Completion: Complete assigned intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program, graduating by May 2027.
• Experience: Must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Bonus: Relevant work experience in sales, customer service, or management is preferred; will also consider organizational involvement at a leadership level, volunteerism at a leadership level, community involvement at a leadership level, or student athlete participation.
