Enterprise provides car rentals and sales, and this internship is designed to equip university students with crucial business and leadership skills. The TL;DR

• Type: Full-time, Seasonal (May 26, 2026 through August 7, 2026)
• Location: In-person: Chattanooga, Hixson, Cleveland, Fort Oglethorpe, Dalton, and the surrounding areas.
• Pay: $18 hourly
• Mission: Learn how to successfully operate a business and acquire highly marketable management skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Vehicle Management: Oversee and manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Customer Service: Provide direct support and care to customers.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies for the business.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with both customers and coworkers.
• Project Completion: Execute specific intern projects and participate in peer-based competitions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program, graduating by May 2027.
• Experience: Relevant work experience in sales, customer service, or management is preferred; organizational involvement at a leadership level (student organizations/clubs, volunteerism, community involvement, student athletes) will also be considered in lieu of work experience.
• Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future; must be at least 18 years old.
