This is a full-time, 6-month temporary internship at isolved, operating in a hybrid work model based in either Fremont, IN or Dubuque, IA. isolved is a recognized employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people-first Human Capital Management (HCM) technology. Their isolved People Cloud platform seamlessly connects and manages the entire employee journey across talent management, HR & payroll, workforce management, and engagement management functions. This Enterprise Intern role is vital for gaining hands-on experience by supporting enterprise applications, business processes, and technology solutions that are essential for driving organizational success. What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide direct support for enterprise applications and assist with various business process initiatives.
• Participate: Actively engage in Agile team activities, including participation in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.
• Document: Assist in the thorough documentation of both business and system requirements to ensure clarity and alignment across projects.
• Maintain: Support the crucial tasks of testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for enterprise solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze: Conduct data analysis and create comprehensive reports to meet evolving business needs and support informed decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years required for this internship; foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making are essential.
• Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and effectively manage multiple priorities, coupled with initiative to own tasks from start to finish.
