Job Description: Enterprise Asset Management Analyst, Emerging Talent Intern
This is an internship position for an Enterprise Asset Management Analyst within the Emerging Talent program at the New York City Transit (MTA, Inc.).

Overview of Department (DOS Enterprise Asset Management – EAM Team):
The DOS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Team supports 13 different divisions within the Department of Subways. Their primary responsibility is the implementation of the Hexagon EAM system across these divisions. The team aims to facilitate data-driven decision-making by leveraging real-time field insights, work orders, and asset defect data to enhance work efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
The intern will be expected to perform various tasks, including:

• Developing software scripts for data transformation and utilizing SQL Queries.
• Engaging in project management by managing tasks to advance projects and initiatives.
• Troubleshooting the EAM application, involving problem-solving and providing customer service.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities where EAM solutions can meet organizational needs.
• Maintaining a structured process for identifying and troubleshooting production-reported issues, and participating in the collective implementation of solutions.
• Documenting and upholding standards for software implementation.
• Providing technical support to both field and internal users for web and mobile applications.
Projects:
The intern will contribute to key projects within the Department of Subways, specifically focusing on:
• EAM Change Management
• EAM Asset Management
• EAM Data Analysis
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess the following:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Capability to work independently while also being an active team player.
Required Education:
Applicants must meet specific academic criteria:
• For undergraduate students: Must be matriculated in good standing with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
