The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career program at Entegris, a global technology company focused on advancing talent within its supply chain operations. The program is designed to provide new or entry-level professionals with meaningful exposure to core supply chain disciplines. The role is crucial for identifying and positioning future leaders who will directly contribute to key corporate and divisional objectives.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $77500–$82500 yearly
• Mission: Accelerate the development of talented supply chain professionals through structured assignments and mentorship to cultivate future Entegris leaders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Complete three 12-month assignments in Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics, which are subject to change based on business needs.
• Train: Engage in on-the-job training and compelling project work that directly contributes to business unit deliverables.
• Learn: Participate in online learning management courses to gain introductory to advanced training in core supply chain disciplines.
• Network: Interact face-to-face with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings.
• Collaborate: Circulate across functional lines to work within diverse, high-performing project teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, data analytics, and/or engineering with a strong GPA, graduating as of Spring 2026 or later. New to the job market or early in their supply chain career.
• Experience: Commitment to a 3-year training program, demonstrated through a proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement.
• Skills: Self-starter with initiative and a proclivity for jumping right in. Ability to confidently interact with employees and leaders at all organizational levels. Ability to adapt effectively to new assignments, managers, and business challenges.
• Bonus: Desire to establish a career with Entegris and aspire to future leadership roles. High technical acumen, hunger for professional development, and capacity to complete complex work projects. Will not require Entegris immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
