Dassault Systèmes Corp. is seeking an ENOVIA Software Test Automation Engineer Intern to join their team at the 175 Wyman Street Waltham, MA 0245 office. This is a paid 6-month internship with a flexible start date, requiring onsite work.
Job Description:
As an intern, you will collaborate closely with Software Development teams to write test automation scripts for both API and UI level validations.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding: Gain a solid understanding of the existing Automation Framework and Developer environment.
• Authoring and Execution: Author and execute software test automation scripts.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in discussions related to technology and development practices.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with Development and Quality Engineers to achieve team goals and identify areas for improvement.
• Presentation: Present your work to the team and management, highlighting your contributions to the team’s success.
Qualifications:
• Programming Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Batch commands, and JSON.
• Web Service Automation: Knowledge of web service automation using tools like POSTMAN or JMeter.
• Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Education: Actively enrolled in a Master’s Computer Science Degree program for the duration of the internship.
• GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Communication: Ability to have conversations with team located globally along with good interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
• Continuous Development: Knowledge of Continuous Development practices and experience with tools like Jenkins and GIT.
• Testing Tools: Familiarity with or experience using JMeter (Performance testing tool) and Selenium UI (Automation tool).
Compensation:
The compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience, with an expected range between $22 and $40 per hour.
