Job Description: Engineering Summer Internship Program (Summer 2025)
Johnson & Johnson offers an 8-week summer internship program for rising first-year college students who participated in the FIRST Robotics program during high school and are pursuing STEM degrees. This program is designed specifically for students with limited prior corporate experience, offering a structured, supportive environment.
Program Highlights:
• Real-world experience: Hands-on projects in Supply Chain or Research & Development.

Program Details:
• Dates: June 2025 – August 2025 (flexible dates possible).
• Locations: Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Cincinnati, OH; Santa Clara, CA; Jacksonville, FL.
• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week), with at least 3 days per week on-site (commutable distance required). Some roles may include a one-time housing stipend. Transportation is the intern’s responsibility.
• Potential Areas: R&D Engineering, Advanced/Manufacturing Technologies, Supply Chain Planning/Management, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations Engineering.
• Eligibility: Strong preference for FIRST Robotics participants; legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; full-time availability; enrollment in an accredited college/university Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Science, or a related STEM field; minimum 3.0 GPA; completion of high school; commutable distance (50 miles or less) to one of the listed locations.

Compensation:
• hourly rate: $19.00 – $51.50 (based on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience). Overtime eligible.
