Job Description: Engineering Summer Internship Program (Summer 2025)
Johnson & Johnson offers an 8-week summer internship program for rising first-year college students who participated in the FIRST Robotics program in high school and are pursuing a STEM degree. This program, unique in its focus on FIRST Robotics alumni, is designed to provide real-life hands-on experience. Internships are located across the US (Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Cincinnati, OH; Santa Clara, CA; and Jacksonville, FL) and support either Supply Chain or Research & Development functions.

Program Details:
• Dates: June 2025 – August 2025 (flexible)
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), with at least 3 days per week onsite. Commutable distance to one of the internship sites is required.
• Housing: Some teams may offer a one-time housing stipend. Transportation to the site is the intern’s responsibility.
• Benefits: Potential eligibility for company employee benefit programs (medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, retirement plan).
• Overtime: Position is overtime eligible.
