Engineering Research & Development Rotational Program

About the Program
This is an exciting 2-year full-time rotational program designed for upcoming or recent university undergraduates and early career professionals. Participants will gain diverse experience by working at various Copeland locations, primarily within the United States, with potential for an international assignment. Each rotation will last six months, providing a comprehensive understanding of engineering research and development within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Upcoming or recent University undergraduates and early career professionals with an educational focus and passion in engineering or supply chain.
- Minimum graduation GPA of 3.0.
- Previous co-op or internships that included leading projects and collaborating across functions or teams.
- Ability and willingness to relocate and work at various Copeland locations for each six-month rotation, mostly in the United States, but with potential for an international assignment.
- Ability to commit to a 2-year rotational program.
- Ability to start the program June 15, 2026.
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for these roles.
