Engineering Research & Development Rotational Program

About the Program

This is a dynamic and comprehensive 2-year rotational program designed to cultivate future leaders in engineering and supply chain. Participants will gain invaluable hands-on experience through six-month rotations across various Copeland locations. While the majority of assignments will be within the United States, there is also potential for an international assignment, offering a global perspective. The program strongly emphasizes developing leadership skills and fostering cross-functional collaboration to provide a holistic understanding of the business and accelerate professional growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Upcoming or recent University undergraduates and early career professionals with an educational focus and passion in engineering, or supply chain.
  • Academic Achievement: Minimum graduation GPA of 3.0.
  • Professional Experience: Previous co-op or internships that included leading projects and collaborating across functions or teams.
  • Mobility & Flexibility: Ability and willingness to relocate and work at various Copeland locations for each six-month rotation, mostly in the United States, but with potential for an international assignment.
  • Program Commitment: Ability to commit to a full 2-year rotational program.
  • Availability: Ability to start the program on June 15, 2026.
  • Work Authorization: Legal Authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for these roles.

Compensation
