This is a 12-week summer internship at NB+C (Network Building + Consulting), with opportunities available in the Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Richmond, and Raleigh metro areas. This internship plays a vital role by bringing enthusiastic students into the Engineering Division to assist in designing and deploying client networks, directly contributing to fueling global connectivity and supporting the evolving demands of modern infrastructure.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design Support: Aid in the creation of construction drawings for various clients.
• Analysis Support: Contribute to the development of structural analysis models and reports.
• Site Planning: Assist with site design and the specification of necessary equipment.
• Field Observation: Participate in site walks alongside senior engineers to gain practical insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a program focused on Computer Aided Design (CAD).
• Experience: No prior professional work experience is required; candidates must demonstrate an eagerness to gain practical engineering exposure and contribute to real projects within a 12-week summer program.
• Skills: Foundational understanding of engineering principles relevant to design and analysis, an aptitude for learning and applying CAD tools, and strong analytical capabilities for developing models and reports.
