Engineering Internship
As an Engineering Intern at Cargill, you will gain hands-on experience in a production facility environment. You will have the opportunity to work on projects related to:
• Production Management
• Maintenance and Reliability Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Process/Project Engineering
You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and have the chance to learn about the various aspects of engineering in a real-world setting.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with production or maintenance teams on projects and initiatives
• Assist with the development and implementation of engineering solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Conduct inspections and audits
• Prepare technical reports and presentations
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, BioChemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Packaging, or a related engineering discipline
• Expected graduation date between December 2024 and May 2026
• Right to work in the U.S., not based solely on a student visa
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate for the internship
