About the Job: Engineering Intern/Co-op

The student program offers both internships and co-op assignments tailored to fit academic schedules and career goals, with assignment length and scope varying by site and function. Every experience is designed to help you grow, contribute, and lead.

Spring Semester co-ops must be available from January – April.
Requirements for Consideration:
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or other engineering disciplines from an ABET accredited program.
• A GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale).
• Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without restriction.
Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $16.10 – $25.30 Hourly. DuPont determines base pay based on job leveling frameworks that organize roles by responsibility, proficiency, and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range based on the competitive market. An individual’s pay is based on factors including their role, geographic location (country, state, metropolitan area), skills, experience, education, certifications, and performance.
