On January 15, 2025, the company further announced a target completion date of November 1, 2025, for the intended separation of the Electronics business (“Intended Electronics Separation”), while retaining the Water business. Job Description (Engineering Intern/Co-op)
This role is for an Engineering intern or co-op within the DuPont Electronics Business. The program is designed to offer students more than just an introduction to the professional world; it aims to be a launchpad for their future careers. Interns and co-ops will engage in real, impactful projects, collaborating with experienced professionals. This allows them to apply classroom knowledge to solve real-world challenges, build essential skills, expand their professional network, and gain exposure to a collaborative and inclusive work environment that champions innovation and leadership. Participants will also have opportunities to collaborate across various teams and functions, gaining exposure to innovative technologies and diverse perspectives that drive practical solutions.

Program Structure and Roles:
The student program offers both internships and co-op assignments, designed to accommodate academic schedules and career goals. The length and scope of assignments may vary depending on the specific site and function, but every experience is crafted to foster growth, contribution, and leadership. Availability Requirement:
• Summer interns and co-ops must be available for the entire period from May through August.
Requirements for Consideration:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Enrollment: Be currently enrolled as a full-time student.
• Degree Program: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or other engineering disciplines.
• Accreditation: The degree program must be from an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited program.
• GPA: Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
• Work Authorization: Possess the legal right to work in the U.S. without restriction.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this Engineering Intern/Co-op role is $16.10 – $25.30 Hourly.
