This opportunity is for an Engineering Intern – Combine Vehicle Team within CNH Industrial’s intern program.

Job Purpose (Combine Vehicle Engineering Team):
The Combine Vehicle Engineering team is primarily responsible for driving product quality and reliability improvements across CNH’s combine harvester product line. They achieve this through innovative design, rigorous validation, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that combines meet or exceed customer expectations for durability, safety, and performance.
Engineering Intern – Combine Vehicle Team Role:
As an Engineering Intern, you will gain practical, hands-on experience by supporting key initiatives focused on improving the reliability and quality of combine harvesters. You will work directly with experienced engineers on projects involving design, validation, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities (May Include):
• Design and Development: Developing designs, layouts, and drawings for new or improved product elements, ensuring alignment with project plans and product line objectives.
• Engineering Application: Applying appropriate engineering techniques while considering manufacturing processes, safety, and environmental standards to deliver cost-effective and innovative designs.
• Information Gathering: Identifying and gathering necessary information to perform engineering calculations and resolve design challenges.
• Validation Support: Contributing to validation and reliability initiatives by performing routine data analysis and supporting overall project objectives.
• Collaboration: Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams on complex problems and assisting in the development of effective solutions.
• Communication: Clearly communicating issues, concepts, and recommendations to team members and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
