Job Description: Engineering Internship (Summer 2025):

This is a 12-week, in-person internship program running from late May to mid-August 2025, located at various Koch company facilities nationwide. The program is designed to provide real-world experience and launch engineering careers.

Responsibilities:

Interns will be assigned to a U.S. location, typically a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities will include supporting:

Innovation: Contributing to new product and process development.
Process Efficiency: Identifying and implementing improvements in manufacturing processes.
Equipment Reliability: Working to maintain and improve the reliability of equipment.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring products meet quality standards.
Compliance, Safety, and Health: Adhering to and contributing to safety and regulatory compliance.

Interns will also:

• Learn about Koch’s Principle-Based Management culture.
• Collaborate with interns from other disciplines on case studies.
• Participate in an Innovation Challenge.
• Work alongside experienced engineers to solve real-world problems.
• Contribute insights that improve products and services.
