Engineering Internship Program
This 12-week summer internship program, running from late May to mid-August 2025, offers a chance for aspiring engineers to gain real-world experience and contribute to meaningful projects.
Locations:
The internship program is available at multiple locations across the United States, including:
• Kingsburg, CA
• Richburg, SC
• Corsicana, TX
• Carleton, MI
Responsibilities:
Engineering interns will be assigned to one of the company’s manufacturing facilities and work on projects focused on:
• Innovation: Supporting the development of new products and processes.
• Process Efficiency: Improving existing production methods.
• Equipment Reliability: Ensuring the smooth operation of machinery.
• Quality Assurance: Maintaining high standards in manufacturing.
• Compliance, Safety, and Health: Adhering to regulations and ensuring a safe work environment.
Specific Examples:
• Working in CAD software
• Performing failure testing on glass and trim samples
• Automating processes and standardizing reporting
• Conducting time studies and implementing lean process improvements
• Supporting product development lab experiments and field trials
• Working with and learning about tooling
• Supporting project teams on new equipment installations

Who They’re Looking For:
• Basic Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., technical college, certificate, upskilling).
• Eligible for full-time employment by Summer 2027.
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Enrolled in a Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering degree program.
Compensation:
The estimated hourly wage for this internship is $26 – $28 per hour.
