Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Intern to join our team in Fall River, MA. This is a paid, on-site position designed for individuals eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment.

The Engineering Intern will play a crucial role in supporting diverse engineering efforts spanning design, testing, and manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the development, integration, and upgrade of robotic production lines.
  • Performing technical research related to automation and manufacturing processes.
  • Drafting and maintaining essential technical documentation.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on advanced equipment.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced production environment.

Compensation & Start Date:

  • Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.75 per hour
  • Start Date: February 1, 2026

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Robotics Engineering.
  • Proven hands-on experience with FDM (3D printing) systems.
  • A strong interest and passion for additive manufacturing, building complex systems, and automation.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with FDM printers and manufacturing hardware.
  • Ability to work on-site and reliably commute to Fall River, MA.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must possess the ability to:

  • Stand and walk for long periods.
  • Lift and carry objects up to 75 pounds.
  • Perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
