Job Description:
This role involves providing direct support to both the Engineering Manager and the Manufacturing Engineers. The responsibilities are primarily focused on operational and process assistance within the engineering and manufacturing domains.
Key duties include:
- Assisting Equipment Validations: Supporting the validation processes for various equipment, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications.
- Determining Impacted Product from Component Source Changes: Analyzing and identifying products affected by changes in component sourcing, which involves understanding product structures and potential ripple effects.
- Writing Rework Procedures from Material Review Board: Developing detailed procedures for reworking materials or products based on decisions and directives from the Material Review Board (MRB).
- Assessing Inspection Fixtures for Correctness and Applicability: Evaluating existing or new inspection fixtures to ensure they are accurate, suitable for their intended purpose, and effective in quality control.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Engineering Manager or Manufacturing Engineers to support departmental goals and operations.
