Job Description:
This internship position supports engineering applications operations at MBRDNA, primarily focusing on ensuring the availability of critical engineering licenses for Test Operations, US Experience, and Electrified Drive Systems departments. The role involves leveraging modern data analytics solutions to automate workflows and enhance transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing engineering application licenses to new hires and managing license reallocation for applications such as INCA and Matlab.
• Assisting local engineering teams with access rights to engineering applications.
• Creating and maintaining application process documentation for end-users and IT support teams (1st/2nd level).
• Developing custom dashboards to monitor license utilization and lifecycle for improved transparency.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• High school diploma.
