Job Description: Engineering and Technology Internship – 2025
This 12-week internship (May – August 2025) offers students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or other STEM fields hands-on experience. Interns will gain insights into processes, systems, and practices focused on meeting customer needs through flawless execution and leading-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Assisting engineers or technologists with ongoing projects, conducting research, data analysis, and providing technical support.
• Participating in the design process, creating drawings or prototypes, and contributing to the development of new products or technologies.
• Maintaining accurate records of experiments, designs, and project-related information; preparing reports or documentation as needed.
• Collaborating in software development, coding, or programming tasks with engineers.
• Working as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to achieve project goals; identifying and addressing technical issues or challenges and proposing solutions.
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
• Fluency in oral and written English and effective communication skills.
• Ability to relocate for the internship duration (locations vary).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Additional Information:
• hourly rate: $22-$44
• Mentorship and Training: Interns will receive focused training, participate in team meetings, and be supported by a buddy and manager. Coaching and mentoring will be provided.
