Engineer Position:

Your Responsibilities:
– Leading teams: Supervise production or maintenance employees, project teams, contractors, or technical operations teams on critical initiatives and projects.

– Technical and management skills: Develop a strong foundation in both technical engineering principles and people management, building skills in leadership, communication, and collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in engineering (agricultural, biological systems, chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial, mining, or other).
– Relocation: Willingness and ability to relocate within the U.S.
– Diversity & Communication: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience: Previous plant, production, co-op, or intern experience.
– GPA: Overall GPA of 2.7 or higher.
– Problem-solving: Proven ability to solve problems independently.
– Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
