Job Description:
This is a 1-year Engineer Internship Program designed to develop interns’ skills and prepare them for a full-time role on Salesforce’s elite engineering team. The program is part-time (20 hours per week) and begins in April 2025.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• Students graduating in 2024/2025 from specific universities (UADE, ITBA, FIUBA, UTN, USAL, Universidad Austral, UNLP, Universidad Blas Pascal Córdoba).
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Aspiration to develop customer success and delivery skills.
• Intermediate/advanced English skills.
Desired Personal Attributes:
• Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
Beneficial (but not required) Technical Skills:
• Programming languages: Scala, Java, Javascript, TypeScript, React, AJAX, DOM, JSON, HTML, CSS.
• Testing: JUnit.
• Development tools: IntelliJ Idea (on MacOS and Unix platforms), Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Spinnaker.
• Cloud environments: AWS.
• Object-Oriented Programming.
What You’ll Learn and Do:
• Utilize key software development tools, the Salesforce/Mulesoft platform, and related products.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to team and project follow-up meetings, discussing active projects, timelines, and planning. (Specific tasks will vary depending on the assigned team).
