The TL;DR

• Pay: $26–$36 hourly
• Mission: Assist with strategic partnerships and operational best practices to support healthcare value partnerships.

What You’ll Actually Do
Strategic Partnerships: Support the understanding and operationalization of healthcare strategic partnerships, including governance, roles, and responsibilities.
Process Development: Develop process maps and establish operational best practices in Value Partnerships, contributing to an operational framework manual.
Meeting Support: Prepare for key leadership meetings by creating presentations, pre-reads, agendas, and minutes.
Data & Reporting: Assist with building Microsoft Power BI reports, conducting data analysis using MS Excel, and creating PowerPoint decks for management.
Digital Enablement: Provide assistance with enabling digital tools to effectively manage Value Partnership deliverables.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, majoring in health administration, business administration, IT, Business Analytics, or Data Science. This is an early career internship role.
• Experience: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required.
• Skills: Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis capabilities, and a general understanding of the US healthcare industry, strategic partnerships, and fundamental business acumen.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
