Responsibilities

This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set and gain hands-on experience. As an Engagement Manager Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Understand healthcare operations and the value of strategic partnerships; understand partnership governance/roles/responsibilities
• Assist with project portfolio management for the value partnerships
• Develop process maps and establish operational best practices in Value Partnerships including development of operational framework manual
• Support Engagement Managers in preparation for key leadership meetings (presentations, pre-read, agendas, minutes, etc.)
• Assist with building Microsoft Power BI reports
• Conduct data analysis using MS Excel
• Assist with creation of PowerPoint decks for all management levels
• Provide assistance with enabling digital tools to manage Value Partnership deliverables

Skills

• A general understanding of the US healthcare industry
• An understanding of general strategic partnerships
• An understanding of fundamental business acumen
• Power BI
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Required Skills and Education

To have for the success of this role:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, majoring in health administration, business administration, IT, Business Analytics, or Data Science
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
• Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required

The Hourly Base Pay Range For This Position Is: $26.00 – $36.00
