This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with parking regulations while also delivering excellent customer service to the community.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Engage with residents, visitors, and tourists, providing assistance and information about parking in Surfside Beach.
• Regulatory Education: Clearly explain and exchange information regarding parking regulations to the public.
• Parking Enforcement: Enforce parking regulations by issuing digital citations using an iPhone.
• Operational Mobility: Operate golf carts or other designated vehicles for patrolling the area.
• Outdoor Work: Perform duties outdoors, requiring adaptability to various environmental conditions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Foundational understanding of parking regulations.
• Experience: Operating golf carts or similar vehicles and using mobile devices for data entry.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication at a customer service level, ability to handle high-stress situations, visual acuity for operating vehicles, visual acuity for reading iPhone screens, clean driving record.
