What You’ll Actually Do
• Experience: Gain hands-on experience across procurement, supplier management, workplace services, business operations, and digital strategy functions within GSMG and GWES.
• Contribute: Work on meaningful projects that support innovation, operational excellence, sustainability, and business growth across the company’s global operations.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the company’s global network to deliver value, insights, and solutions.
• Develop: Enhance professional, communication, analytical, and project management skills through real-world experiences within the three-year rotational program.
• Explore: Discover multiple career paths while building a strong professional network and foundational skills for long-term growth within Merck.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 2 years of professional experience, preparing for a career in global supplier management and workplace services.
• Experience: Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership abilities, are analytical, inquisitive, perceptive, quick learners, and are committed to advancing the company’s vision and mission.
• Skills: Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Project Management, Process Improvements, Data Analysis.
