Job Description:
This is an internship position within the Ansys Emerging Talent program, a program designed to provide experiential learning and structured job experiences to students. The goal is to convert interns into full-time employees.
As an Emerging Talent Intern, you will be part of the Ansys Meshing development team. You will work on developing advanced engineering features in core meshing libraries. Specifically, you will:
• Research, design, and implement mesh generation algorithms and features for Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software applications.
• Develop, maintain, and improve object-oriented data structures, algorithms, and modules in large and complex software systems.
• Enhance and extend the User Interface for set-up and execution of pre-processing workflow for engineering simulations.
• Collaborate with a network of expert professionals to accomplish development objectives.
• Investigate defects in production code.
