Operations- Emerging Leader Program | Sonoco

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Sonoco, located in Jackson, Tennessee. Sonoco, a multi-billion-dollar global company that originated as a small family business, has been shaping products and packaging since 1899. The TL;DR

• Pay: $68000–$85000 yearly
• Mission: Contribute to Sonoco’s operations by developing leadership and technical skills through hands-on experience and project work within the Consumer America Division.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering by December 2026 or May 2027. Career level: Early-Career professional.
• Experience: Previous internship experience, preferably in Manufacturing or a functional area, and proven leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; technical aptitude; desire to work in a Manufacturing environment.
• Bonus: Flexibility with location preferences and openness to the possibility of relocation.
