The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Sonoco, located in manufacturing environments across various locations, with relocation expected. The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a selective program designed for professionals starting their career, offering hands-on experience, leadership development, and opportunities to connect with business leaders. • Pay: $68000–$85000 yearly

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree obtained by December 2026 or May 2027 for an early-career position, with a desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience: Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing or a functional area, coupled with proven leadership experience.
• Skills: Technical aptitude, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and strong ethics.
• Bonus: A passion for innovation, willingness to go the extra mile, and flexibility with location preferences due to potential relocation.
