The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering by December 2026 or May 2027. This is an early career role for professionals starting their career.
• Experience: Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area) and proven leadership experience.
• Skills: Technical aptitude; strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; desire to work in a Manufacturing environment.
