• Mission: This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property by responding quickly to incidents and maintaining security.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Patrol: Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Respond: Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Control: Control access points and verify identities.
• Report: Write detailed reports on events and incidents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: You must have an EMT, Fire, or Paramedic background.
• Experience: You must have a minimum Basic 20 fire hours certification through the Kentucky Fire Commission or equivalent. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Skills: Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations, responsive, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred. A state license, if required, is also a plus.
