Job Description
This position is a 3rd shift role and involves performing various test operations for production equipment. The responsibilities include:
• Test Execution: Performing test operations using test methods and written/verbal instructions.
• Documentation: Obtaining necessary reference documentation like test methods, drawings, and schematics.
• Equipment Setup: Setting up test equipment to perform tests and troubleshoot production equipment.
• First Piece Testing: Performing tests on first piece production models, collaborating with Manufacturing and Design Engineering for a smooth transition to production.
• Troubleshooting: Making adjustments and removing components for fault isolation.
• Automated Testing: Operating automated test systems using test software.
• Fault Isolation: Performing fault isolation on production components.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining production records, logbooks, and test data.
Note: This position requires a government security clearance. US citizenship is mandatory for consideration.
