This is a full-time Rotational Development Program at Edward Jones, offering a hybrid work model with an expectation for four days per week in the office for candidates within a commutable distance to Tempe, AZ, or St. Louis, MO. What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop expertise: Build skills, expertise, and insight across business areas critical to Edward Jones through a fourteen-month experience combining rotational assignments, mentoring, and professional development.
• Secure licensing: Complete paid full-time study to successfully obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 licenses within the first twelve weeks of the program start date.
• Lead projects: Engage in meaningful and impactful assignments, contributing to project and thought leadership on behalf of the firm.
• Gain guidance: Benefit from an assigned mentor who provides advice and guidance throughout the program, alongside ongoing engagement and support from program leadership and cohort peers.
• Broaden perspective: Complete two rotations within your assigned division and one rotation outside of it to gain a broader understanding of various firm functions and operations.
• Network professionally: Access the firm’s RDP alumni network to gain valuable insight and mentorship opportunities for continued growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Students currently working towards a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills; Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize for maximum productivity; Capacity for critical thinking to challenge current processes and seek improvement opportunities.
• Bonus: Strong interest in the financial services industry; Proven drive to succeed; Record of leadership in community and campus organizations.
