Job Description: Editorial Intern (Summer 2025)
Bustle Digital Group is seeking a dynamic editorial intern to join the Elite Daily team for their 2025 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, part-time position running from June 2, 2025, to August 15, 2025, with a commitment of up to 28 hours per week. Interns can choose to work remotely or from BDG’s New York City headquarters.
Responsibilities:
• Write both news and feature articles for Elite Daily.
• Assist editors with research for stories.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch story ideas.
• Conduct interviews and create social media videos.
• Attend press events and previews.
Requirements:
• Availability to work approximately 3 days per week (up to 28 hours), with in-office presence in NYC required for interviews, events, and brainstorms.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to effectively multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for BDG’s mission and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible and ambitious approach to work.
• Social media proficiency.
• Prior experience with a digital magazine is preferred.
The internship program includes executive mentorship, career training, professional development seminars and workshops, collaborative projects, and off-site events.
